The Maintenance Membership is for established Sundale wellness patients who have completed an active weight or metabolic program and want ongoing accountability. It includes periodic clinician or coaching check-ins, weight and body-composition trend review where available, and updates to nutrition, activity, and maintenance strategy. Medication management is included only when specified in the patient’s plan.
Stay consistent after reaching a wellness goal with scheduled check-ins, body metrics, and a simplified maintenance plan.

Do I have to stay on medication?
No. Medication decisions are individualized. Some patients continue, taper, change, or discontinue therapy depending on clinical response and the prescribing plan.
What if I start regaining weight?
The team will review appetite, routines, activity, medication status, and other factors, then determine whether you need a more intensive follow-up.
Can new patients join this membership?
It is intended for established patients who have already completed Sundale’s active program or equivalent clinical evaluation.
